With only less than two weeks left in August, we know Summer is coming to an end, and Fall fashion is right around the corner. A mistake many people tend to make is believing Summer and Fall are two completely different wardrobes. Instead of jumping straight into Fall wardrobes, try to transition in your Fall wardrobe. Transitional wardrobes make it easy to feel in the spirit of the upcoming season while dressing weather appropriate. We have three easy ways to transition into Fall!

1. Color

The easiest way to transition to Fall is to begin incorporating Fall colors in your wardrobe! When picking out an outfit opt for Fall colors, such as mustard, burnt orange, and burgundy. According to Pantone Fall 2015 color report we will be seeing a wide range of color, from earthy neutrals to bold color statements. Also, Pantone has stated this is the first season in which men’s and women’s color palettes are the exact same.

2. Fabric

Mix up your fabric! We know that Fall may seem to  mean denim, chambray, and corduroys, but what does transitional Fall call for? The same fabric! Add flannel or chambray shirt with a pair of cute jacquard high waisted shorts if the temperature is right! Throwing on a denim or leather jacket over a summer dress can also be a great transitional outfit. Mixing summer favorites with Fall fabric can quickly update your look!

3. Boots

Boots, the must-have item in every woman’s closet! Boots are always the Fall item we at look forward to the most. A pair of boots effortlessly changes the vibe of an outfit. One, example of an amazing look for a Fall transition is a cute bohemian style dress and a pair of booties or boots. This look is free-spirited and easy to do!

We are looking forward to Fall, and we can’t wait to begin our transition into the season! Do you have any other easy tips for Fall transition? We would love to hear them!
